Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations We ship from Canada to the United States and worldwide. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes — please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages Lost If your package is lost due to a carrier error, we will take responsibility and work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund. However, Ophelisse is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. We recommend double-checking your address before placing your order.
