Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure they arrive beautifully presented and ready to enjoy or gift. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations We proudly ship from Canada to customers in the United States and many countries worldwide. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes — please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We are pleased to offer free shipping on every Ophelisse order, fully insured with tracking. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada and United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States 🇺🇸
Ophelisse covers applicable U.S. import duties on all orders shipped to the United States. Any applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout where required.
International Orders (Outside the United States)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages Lost If your package is lost due to a carrier error, we will take responsibility and work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund. However, Ophelisse is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. We recommend double-checking your address before placing your order.
